Complex Policy

• Prices are in euros
• Prices include: VAT 13% and municipal tax 0,50%.
• Not included: € 0.50 government tax per night
• The two-roomed suites (Kleio, Thaleia, Urania) can accommodate up to three (2) persons and an extra bed  is available on request.
• The three-roomed suites (Erato, Terpsichori,Efterpi) can accommodate five (4) persons and an extra bed  is available on request. 
•  the charge for an extra bed is 30 euros, while a maximum of one (1) extra bed is permitted per apartment.
• children older than 13 years are welcome
  
• Each extra bed must be requested. 
• Visa and MasterCard accepted.
• For full confirmation of your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay. Payment of the deposit must be made within a period of two (2) working days from the time the client concerned is provided with the hotel’s bank account, otherwise the reservation is cancelled without further notice and the room becomes free. 
• Check out is from 7:00 am - 10:30 midday and check in from 14:30 pm - 0:00.
• Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated arrival time
• Payment Policy.
• 30% of the total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of booking.   
• The balance should be charged 20 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• It can also be paid upon arrival by cash or card, you should inform the accommodation of the benefits.

• Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival date.

• For cancellations and/or changes between 20-0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• No show or departure before the scheduled date: 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation.
